What are the Available Shipping Areas?
We ship to most countries worldwide.
For specific inquiries about other locations, please contact us.
Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

When Will my Item be Shipped
Usually, items are shipped within fourteen (14) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays). This shipping period may vary up to thirty days (30) due to high order numbers.

Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected. The buyer is protected by law and is eligible for a refund before the order is shipped

I made multiple orders. Can you ship them collectively?
Separate orders will be shipped separately. Please be aware that multiple orders cannot be shipped collectively due to the automatization of our packing print system. This simplifies and shortens the delivery time.

Can I order an item previously displayed? When will you update the selection?
Please be aware that we may add or remove items from our inventory without any prior notice. Previously displayed items might not return to the selection. Therefore it is impossible to order items which are not currently displayed on our home page.

I cannot add multiple pieces of the same item to my cart. Why?
Please be aware that for some items, there may be a purchase limit. This is due to some of our items being recycled vintage items or one-of-one pieces which can not be reproduced. These items are marked with RECYCLE or 1 (one) symbol.

Why is my order not completed/ being cancelled?
Due to system specifications, even when an item has been put in a cart, its availability will not be ensured.
Because multiple customers can put items in their shopping carts at the same time, please be aware that when other customers finalize their purchase procedures before you, manufacturing stock may have run out by the time you finalize your purchase. Due to this system, in rare cases, orders may be cancelled after completion. In such case, you will be contacted and fully refunded.


Where is my order confirmation?
When you have completed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered.
Please make sure to save this e-mail, which will contain the details of your order and your order number.
A problem may have occurred if you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order. In such case, please contact us.

Can I Return an Item?
Returns for items with initial defects or that have been sent by mistake will be accepted, provided all of the following requirements are met.

The customer contacts us through CONTACT on this site within fourteen (14) days of the item being delivered.

The item has NOT been used/damaged and its tags ARE still attached.

All accessories and the statement of delivery are provided.

When the customer has returned the item by following the designated procedure, the item will be refunded.

If there is any problem with an item that you have purchased at a physical store, inquiries should be made directly to that store.

Within fourteen (14) days of receiving delivery, please contact us through CONTACT on this site, making sure to provide your order number, name, address, and telephone number. Please be aware that if you do not contact us in advance, your return or exchange request may be declined.
After we have received your details through CONTACT, we will send you information on how to return the item.

Please be aware that it may take time for you to receive your refund, depending on how each credit company handles payment procedures.
